The following terms and conditions posted on this site will support any policies associated with placing an order online, over the phone, or in person. Please read entirely before agreeing to any purchase. All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
TicketLobster.com is not associated with any box office, venue or any other ticketing agency. The price printed on the tickets will generally not be our selling price. The tickets you are purchasing will be obtained for you on the secondary market, the sale prices of the tickets reflect the market demand and difficulty in procuring these tickets. The ticket price quoted to you can be substantially higher than the face value printed on the tickets.
Ticket prices fluctuate on the secondary market based on the demand. The price is guaranteed once your order is confirmed. After confirmation, if the ticket price increases prior to the event, you will not be charged for the difference. In turn, if the ticket price decreases prior to the event, no refunds or upgrades will be given. Your order may be subject to cancellation at any time. TicketLobster.com will not charge more than what has been authorized. All ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars. A service charge of 7% is added at final purchase. Occasionally, ticket prices are listed incorrectly. If your order has not been confirmed, we will cancel your order and your card will not be charged. If your order has been confirmed, we will refund you in full. In either of these scenarios you will receive an email or phone call advising you of your options and/or that your order has been cancelled.
Most ticket listings have notes associated. It is the customerís responsibility to read these notes for any information associated with the tickets, the venue or the event. For example, if there is a limited or obstructed view, whether or not they include club access, parking passes, etc. If you are unsure about any of our descriptions, please call us for more information. TicketLobster.com will not be responsible for, nor honor any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for assumed amenities not stated in these notes.
The following guide can be referenced for commonly used seat description abbreviations. This guide does not guarantee seat location, but is to be used to help in making your ticket purchase decision:

The ticket buying process takes place on our secure server which encrypts entries on all orders.
Most tickets are generally in stock. Since our online ordering function is not in real-time, occasionally tickets that are ordered are no longer available. Placement of an order through our website does not guarantee your confirmation. All orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
If the tickets you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you with other options or notify you of the order cancellation via e-mail or a phone call.
By checking the upgrade option upon checkout on the website, you are giving TicketLobster.com the ability to find similar or better seats than what you ordered in the event that the original tickets are no longer available. You will only be upgraded if there are similar or better seats for the same price. If there are no equivocal options, your or will be cancelled and you will be notified via phone or e-mail. We will not charge more than what the original order was for without your prior consent.
Pre Orders: Tickets for some events are not procurable until closer to the event date. Pre Orders involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not physically in stock. Orders are taken for general seating locations. All quantities are guaranteed in pairs unless otherwise stated. Tickets will be delivered as soon as they arrive into our office. In some cases tickets are not delivered until the week of the event and occasionally the day of the event. The only guarantee of delivery is that they will be delivered prior to the event. Please call for more information. Once an order has been confirmed, we will notify you via email or with a phone call.
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Cash payment can be made in person at our office or one of our satellite locations.
You are responsible for the correct entry of all of your personal and billing information at the time you place your order. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays in processing your order, or availability of your tickets which will result in a cancellation.
Upon purchasing, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify and validate the accuracy of their order and tickets such as event date, time, venue, seat locations, quantity, credit card information, addresses, etc.
Depending on your event, you may receive alternate email communications that reference your order. The customer assumes all responsibility for receiving and reading all email correspondence in full, and complying with any specific instructions associated with the order. TicketLobster.com is not responsible for emails filtered to your spam or junk mail folders. It is the customerís responsibility to ensure their email client can receive TicketLobster.com emails.
Availability, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchange Policies
All orders are subject to availability and are not confirmed until TicketLobser.com has collected payment from the customer. TicketLobster.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason, whatsoever.
Tickets only have value for the specific seat at the specific event. Therefore, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it has been finalized.
Cancelled, Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of nature (rain out, earthquake, flood, tornado, etc.), strikes, or lockout, and not rescheduled, we will refund via the original method of payment for the amount paid for the tickets less the 7% processing fees and any shipping fees. Please call our office for instructions on how to receive a refund if you have not heard from TicketLobster.com first. Upon receiving your cancellation notification, you will have 10 business days to return the tickets to us. Tickets must be returned via a certified, traceable mail service in order to obtain a refund. The mail service is at the customer's expense; we do not provide return postage.
If any event is cancelled, TicketLobster.com is not required to refund incidental expenses that were incurred in relation to your plans to attend the event including, but not limited to, transportation expenses, hotel reservations, or rental car costs. TicketLobster.com assumes no responsibility when an event is cancelled.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please keep your ticket(s). Generally, the original ticket will be honored for the new event date and time. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for postponed or rescheduled events. TicketLobster.com is not responsible for incidental expenses related to a rescheduled event.
Dates & Times
All times listed are local for the location of the event. Event dates, times and venues are printed on the tickets and TicketLobster.com, but they are subject to change. It is the customerís responsibility to verify this information prior to purchasing and to attending the event. Consult your local media outlets (newspaper, etc.) or the event or venueís official website to ensure that you arrive at the event on the correct date and time. TicketLobster.com is not responsible for notifying purchaser of date or time changes.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
It is important for you to safeguard your tickets. Treat them as you would cash. Lost or stolen tickets cannot and will not be replaced. Also beware that exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and/or strong magnetic fields can damage tickets.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature unless otherwise arranged with a ticket specialist. We use FedEx with a required signature to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their status can be tracked at any time. It is your responsibility to track your package and to be available to receive delivery. If you have not received your tickets within 2-3 days of the event, it is the customerís responsibility to contact TicketLobster.com.
You agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to sign for the package in your absence. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. You must provide us with a physical street address. If you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you hereby agree to be responsible for the package and the tickets enclosed once delivery is attempted to the address you specify. TicketLobster.com has fulfilled its contractual obligation once tickets are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the package being returned to sender due to no one being available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. TicketLobster.com will keep packages returned by FedEx on hand for later re-delivery. We are not responsible for any customer caused delays after the order has been shipped.
Please note that refusal of the package does not constitute refusal of payment. You hereby agree that you are responsible for all orders where an attempt has been made to deliver the tickets or make them available to you or if you attempt to return them.
Tickets are guaranteed to be delivered by the week of the event and as late as the day of the event.
We highly discourage rerouting a package while it is in transit with FedEx. If a package needs to be redirected mid transit, the customer may be responsible for the $15.00 address correction fee charged by FedEx as well as any delays caused by the package reroute.
Upon receipt of your order, open the package immediately and verify the accuracy of the enclosed tickets as it pertains to your order. If there are any discrepancies, you must notify us immediately.
If you receive your tickets via e-mail, you will receive a PDF attachment. Please print the full tickets out on standard 8.5" x 11" paper. If you do not have Adobe PDF reader you can download it for free by clicking here. Treat these tickets as you would actual printed tickets as issued by the venue. Venues will scan the barcode to allow you to enter an event. If you have not received the email to the email address you provided, please call our office prior to the event.
In the case that tickets will not be available in time to ship, local pick up arrangements will be made and communicated to you via email or a phone call. A photo ID matching the pick up name provided is required for all local pickup locations. In some cases a signature will also be required.
TicketLobster.com is not responsible for tickets left at a pickup location where the customer fails to pick up their ordered tickets. Please call our office immediately if tickets are not at a previously agreed upon pick up location.

If you choose this option and do not live in the Phoenix area, we cannot confirm your order and will attempt to contact you to arrange for FedEx delivery with the appropriate charges.
Selling & Consigning Tickets
An individual selling tickets to TicketLobster.com agrees to the following terms and conditions: Tickets consigned with TicketLobster.com will be subject to a 30% consignment fee of the total sale price of the tickets, in which case the seller will be paid 70% of the total price upon successful completion of a sale. In the case of a canceled event and/or tickets being reported stolen, Ticketlobster.com will be issued a refund by the seller in the full amount of the ticket purchase price; by cash, check, or credit card within 14 days. Seller authorizes TicketLobster.com to charge their credit card for a full refund if credit card is on file. In case of litigation, the seller agrees to pay all legal expenditures.
TicketLobster.com reserves the right to request and obtain additional required documents from the customer to complete an order. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card authorizations, signature releases, forms of payment or required deposits, transactional agreements, etc. If any of the above mentioned documents are not returned in the specified time frame or is not complete, the order is subject to cancellation and you will be refunded in full if the card has been charged.
Some venues and events enforce age restrictions, for example 21 and over. It is the customerís responsibility to determine prior to purchase whether such policies exist. TicketLobster.com will not be responsible for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either themselves or others in their party. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children. We will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers, or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds given under these circumstances.
In the rare occurrence that you were not able to gain admission to an event with the tickets we supplied, you must obtain documentation from the venue stating that the tickets were unusable for us to be able to refund you.
TicketLobster.com is not responsible for any travel delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason.
TicketLobster.com is not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event nor are we responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements or stage set-up.
We sell valid tickets. If someone is sitting in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or ask an usher to seat you.
TicketLobster.com can modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your order policies will be based on the terms and conditions posted at the time of your use.
Placing an order online, by phone, or in person indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Registration is required in order to use this website, and a user must create an account prior to completing any purchase. Users are required to provide their name, email address, zip code, phone number and a password of 5-16 characters in length. This information is necessary in order for us to contact users about services on our site for which they have expressed interest and so that you may later login to our site to check your order status and account history. TicketLobster.com order forms request data from users including: Contact information such as name and shipping address; financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number. We may use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
